This explains what we hold about you and why. We have tried to write it in plain language. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will answer it properly.What we collectIf you place an order, we need your name, email address and shipping address so the order can be made and sent. If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your name, email and the message so we can reply.We do not see your card. Payment is handled by Stripe on their own pages, and your card details never touch our server. What comes back to us is confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits, nothing more.Who else is involvedStripe takes the payment and holds the card details.Printful prints and ships the order, so they receive your name and address.Our hosting provider stores the site and its data.That is the full list. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone for advertising.CookiesYour cart is kept in your own browser so it survives a refresh. Signing in to the studio sets a session cookie, and that part of the site is for us, not for customers. We do not run advertising trackers.How long we keep itOrder records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages sent through the contact form are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted once it is not.Asking for your informationYou can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@getregened.co and we will deal with it. If an order is still in progress we may need to finish shipping it before deleting the record.ChildrenThis shop is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.ChangesIf this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
